Rotate PDF pages without changing their page order
NetroDoc rotates PDF pages while keeping the document page order unchanged. Choose 90° clockwise, 180°, or 90° counterclockwise.
By default the rotation applies to every page. You can also enter page selections such as 1-3,5,8-10 to rotate only those pages.
How to rotate a PDF
Upload your PDF
Choose or drop the PDF whose pages need to be turned.
Choose rotation and pages
Select 90° clockwise, 180°, or 90° counterclockwise. Leave the page field empty for all pages, or enter ranges such as 1-3,5.
Rotate and download
Start Rotate PDF and download the newly rotated document.
What happens during PDF rotation?
The PDF is validated before processing. Password-protected files are not supported.
Rotation is applied as a page property. Existing page rotations are taken into account, so choosing 90° clockwise rotates the current page orientation by an additional 90°.
The file is saved as a new PDF. Page order and page count remain unchanged, but rewriting a PDF can invalidate digital signatures and may affect unusual advanced PDF features.
When is Rotate PDF useful?
Fix scanned pages
Correct pages scanned sideways or upside down.
Mixed orientation documents
Rotate only selected pages when portrait and landscape scans are mixed.
Prepare for reading
Make a document easier to view before sharing or printing.
Clean up archives
Correct page orientation before storing a final PDF copy.
Temporary and private processing
The uploaded PDF is processed in a temporary working directory on the NetroDoc server and is not intentionally sent to a third-party conversion API.
Temporary files are removed after the response is sent or when processing fails. No account is required.
