Please do not email confidential documents, passwords, or sensitive file contents unless we specifically request a safe diagnostic sample.
For privacy questions
Use privacy@netrodoc.com for questions about the Privacy Policy, temporary file processing, or privacy rights related to the service.
For security reports
If you believe you found a security issue, send a clear description to support@netrodoc.com. Avoid testing that disrupts the service, damages data, or attempts to access files or accounts you do not own.
