Choose only the photos you want, change their order, and build a printable contact sheet without altering your original files.
The PDF uses temporary server-side processing with EXIF orientation corrected for display. The ZIP option stores the selected original file bytes without recompressing or editing them.
How to make a photo contact sheet
Add photos
Choose JPG, PNG or WebP images. NetroDoc creates lightweight previews one at a time so the browser does not decode every full-resolution image at once.
Select and order
Use the checkboxes to select individual photos or several photos, then use the move controls or drag-and-drop on desktop to set the final order.
Export the result
Choose paper size, columns, margins and optional filenames for PDF, or download the selected original files in a ZIP.
What the tool changes — and what it does not
Contact sheet PDF output is a derived document. Images are oriented using EXIF information for the PDF preview, scaled to fit the selected grid, and never written back over the originals.
ZIP output uses stored entries rather than image recompression. Duplicate filenames are safely de-duplicated inside the archive while the underlying selected file bytes stay unchanged.
Current limits are up to 50 images and 100 MB per request. Images above the configured pixel limit, empty files, damaged images, and unsupported multi-frame files are rejected instead of being processed.
Limits and what to expect
- Up to 50 files and 100 MB per request. Each image must also stay within the configured 80,000,000-pixel safety limit.
- Contact sheets are derived PDFs. Very large batches can be stopped by the 120-second processing timeout or the configured output-size limit.
- Animated or multi-frame images are not accepted. ZIP keeps original file bytes, but unsafe or duplicate archive names are sanitized so entries remain unique and safe.

Troubleshooting
- If a photo cannot be previewed, remove it and verify that it is a valid single-frame JPG, PNG or WebP.
- If creation stops because of size or time limits, reduce the selected set or use smaller originals; the source files remain unchanged.
- Arabic and duplicate filenames are supported. The ZIP uses safe unique archive names while preserving each selected file's original bytes.
Temporary processing and private file handling
The selected files are uploaded to NetroDoc only when you create the PDF or ZIP. Temporary server files are removed after the download response or after an error.
The page can load NetroDoc's same-origin analytics script. Tool events contain only the tool identity, PDF/ZIP target, file count and a short status; filenames and file contents are never sent to analytics. The AdSense script is not loaded on this tool page.

Are the originals changed?
No. PDF output is derived. ZIP output stores the selected original bytes without recompression or image editing.
How are duplicate filenames handled?
The ZIP keeps every selected file and adds a numeric suffix to duplicate archive names so one file cannot overwrite another.
Does EXIF rotation work?
The contact sheet applies EXIF orientation when rendering images into the PDF. The ZIP keeps the original file unchanged, including its original metadata.
Can damaged images crash the batch?
Invalid, empty, oversized, unsupported multi-frame, or damaged images are rejected with an error instead of being silently accepted.
