Convert or rewrite
Choose the output format and optional representation changes. Cross-format conversion can omit source-specific fields that have no equivalent in the shared mapping.
This tool does not query Crossref, PubMed, Zotero, DOI services, or the web. It does not invent authors, titles, years, DOI values, IDs, or missing fields. Duplicate DOI values are reported but not merged unless the entire normalized record is an exact duplicate and you explicitly choose removal.

Review before import
BibTeX, RIS, and CSL JSON do not have identical data models. Same-format rewrites preserve supported source-specific fields; cross-format exports warn when extra values may be omitted. Review the downloaded references in your reference manager before replacing an original library export.
The uploaded file is processed in memory. Reference content and filenames are not added to analytics.
