Preserve PDF page content

Existing PDF pages are merged structurally so selectable text can remain. Images are converted into PDF pages. If the size target cannot be reached without flattening, the best preserving result is returned instead.

Before uploading

Merging, optimizing, or flattening a PDF can invalidate existing digital signatures. Signature indicators are detected only as a warning; signature validity is not verified.

A successful export does not guarantee that an external portal will accept the file. Check that portal’s own rules.

Files are processed temporarily to create the result. Originals are not modified and filenames are not added to analytics.
